We only use genuine, percious materials - that is the core of the Agnes Sorel value proposition. The pieces are designed to stand the pressure of time and everyday use, nothing speaks against wearing them in the water, to play sports, etc. Our jewelry is crafted using fully certified lab-grown diamonds, paired with 14k or 18k gold. For all jewelry pieces with lab grow diamonds a SGL certificate <link to SGL here> is issued to ensure quality and traceability of the diamonds. In addition, we offer a range of silver jewelry, some of which 14k gold plated, natural freshwater pearl is used to complement some of our silver range.

Agnes Sorel is a small, emerging jewelry brand crafting unique pieces that blend the elegance of lab-grown diamonds with 14k gold and silver. Our lab grown diamonds are fully certified wth JVC and SGL certificates. 

Our jewelry is thoughtfully sourced through our Indian partner, GIVA, which guarantees the highest quality materials for our 14k gold, silver, and lab-grown diamonds. Each diamond is certified with both JVC and SGL credentials, ensuring  transparency in every piece.

Jewelry orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order placement. 

Once the order gets picked up by our courier partner you will receive a seperate email with a shipment ID and tracking link. 

All our orders are delivered by DHL express. 

Please expect between 2-3 business days for orders shipped to Germany and 2-4 days for orders shipped to the rest of EU. Holiday periods may affect the delivery times. 

If you have not received a tracking link from the courier partner yet, and would like to make changes, please email service@agnes-sorel.com. We will do our best to support. 

We offer a 30 day return policy. Please email service@agnes-sorel.com with you return request.

In case of a defective piece, please email service@agnes-sorel describing the defect and ideally with attached pictures. We will evaluate each case individually and either offer a repair or replacement.

While our jewelry is designed to be worn and loved daily, please handle each piece gently to preserve its beauty. Avoid dropping or striking your jewelry, as hard impacts can scratch metals and affect stone settings.

The beauty of genuine jewelry is that you never have to take it off. Gold and diamond will not be affected by water or sweat. We do recommend to avoid overexposure to chemicals or salt water, but there is no reason our products will be impacted by your beach holiday or yoga class. That is the point of Agnes Sorel - the best fit to your everday life.  

To maintain sparkle, gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth or soft toothbrush every once in a while. For a deeper clean, use warm water and mild soap, avoiding abrasive materials that can scratch. Pat dry with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place.

With regular wear, the development of natural patina to gold and silver is to be expected. 18k gold is softer than 14k gold due to the mix of the alloy. We therefore use the sturdier 14k gold over 18k for rings to provide some protection against scratching. Lab-grown diamonds are highly durable but as all jewelry may accumulate slight film from everyday wear, which is easily polished to restore brilliance.

When not in use, store your jewelry individually in a soft pouch or lined box to avoid scratching and tangling with other pieces.
